This has been tested, however not all examples are working:

example_glTF: ok
example_testModel: seems to load the geometry but doesn't display anything. Not sure if it was working before
example_bimServer: doesn't work as it fails to load the bimServerApi. Adding the build file to the API releases would fix this (cf. Convert to ES2015 BIMserver-JavaScript-API#10 )

Note: Changes from PR #227 are included into this PR.
